Features:

3. Selectable video resolutions : Medium Res or High Res.
Usage:
"Set Start Timer" Button is used to set a timer when the recording will start. if you dont want to use the timer, just put the setting to immediately.
"Set Stop Timer" Button is used to set a timer when to stop the recording. If you dont want to use the timer (prefer manual recording), you may set it to i.e. 2 hours.
then you can stop the recording by pressing the STOP button on the capture screen.
"Video Clip" Button is used to set how long each clip will be.
Leave this setting to zero for manual recording.
"Sleep Timer" Button is used to set how long the pause or the interval between each clips will be.
Leave this setting to zero for manual recording.
"RUN" button is used to start the timer or to start the manual recording.
Select video resolution according to your need.
Below is approximate calculatation for REAR Camera.
"Medium Res" Mode in iPhone 3, 3GS, 4, 4S, 5 or 5S :
360X480 pixels.
One minute video needs approx. 5 MB
So if you have 1 GB of free storage then its enough for approx. 200 minutes of continuous recording.
The medium res mode is clear enough for playing-back the video using the iPhone, it is ideal for capturing long video recording or for creating video to be sent over internet.
"High Res" Mode in iPhone 3 or 3GS:
480 X 640 pixels.
One minute video needs approx. 30 MB
"High Res" Mode in iPhone 4, 4S, 5 or 5S:
1080X1920 pixels.
One minute video needs approx. 100 MB
So if you have 1 GB of free storage then its enough only for approx. 10 minutes of continuous recording.
Please anticipate the storage needed, to avoid the failure while capturing video.

NOTE:
When you use the App for the first time, you have to give a permission to the App to access Your Photos otherwise it cannot access your Camera Roll to save / store the video.
You should press "OK" when the App prompts you : " Video Clips" would like to Access Your Photos.
In case you press "Dont Allow" then your recordings will NOT be saved to Camera Roll.
You need to change the settings:
Settings --> Privacy --> Photos --> Video Clips --> ON
